Findings from Payfactors' roundtable event in Massachusetts, where we discussed the effect salary history ban laws are having on compensation management.
Specifically we cover:
* These laws are bringing compensation to the front. Your recommendations and data need to be on point.
* There are a lot of concerns, both internal to organizations and with the laws themselves.
* What’s needed in a big way is a ton of training and messaging for executives, managers, and even employees.
* Most compensation management pros thought they were in good shape, until they started to dig.
* These laws will invoke positive change.
